How have you been tring to conceive? Have you been charting? Temping? a fertility monitor? You didnt give any other info so all I can say is that if you have not been temping or using a fertility monitor to see when you are ovulating, then chances are thats why you have not conceived yet. Ovulation is the KEY to getting pregnant. Once you find out if and when you are ovulating, then you need to have intercourse on those days in the missionary position and afterwards, lay in bed for atleast 20 minutes so that the sperm can get where they need to go :)

Alot of people think that if they just have tons of sex, they will end up pregnant. This is untrue. Infact, the more sex you have the less your partners sperm is left to fertilize the egg. This is why you should only have sex everyother day and then when you are ovulating, so that the sperm can build back up.

If you already know when you are ovulating, and are having intercourse on those high fertile days, then you need to think about seeing a doctor. Remember this, a perfectly healthy couple only has a 40% chance of getting pregnant each month, and since you have been tring for 10 months, then you really have only tried 10 times to have a baby. (Once each cycle) Right now, any doctors will tell you to wait one year before seeking their help. So have fun for 2 more months, and if nothing comes of it, its time to talk about seeing a doctor.

Good luck and be sure to update us!!!

Timing, timing timing....To achieve pregnancy, many things can create obstacles. Stress, not eating properly, and not having sex at the right time...The healthy couple is considered normal if they achive a pregnancy within a year even 18 mos, IF YOU ARE TRYING. Not just having unprotected sex. Therefor you chances of conceiving are only 10% each month. If you havent been tracking your ovulation, start doing it now. Write down every thing you notice about your cervical position, mucus, when you have sex, your basal body temp, and/or ovulation tests. Even if you go to a dr., and you have no medical problem that would interfere with you getting pregnant,, he/she will want to see 3 mos of you cycles written out. When your period starts, ends, next one starts, cerv. mucus, position, when you had sex etc...

I would say try not to think about it too much.Stress is the worse factor when you're trying to conceive.Try to relax, get your mind off it for a couple months then see how it goes...if no luck, then maybe you and your bf or husband should go and get checked to see if its all okay. There could be many factors involved. From the most trivial little thing to something a little more serious. But I wouldnt worry.Either way, there are so many new methods to help you get pregnant, you shouldnt have a problem.I was married for 4 years before I ended up getting pregnant.Dont worry and good luck!

To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.

After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex.

After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.

Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 5 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job

It is really hard to get pregnant. It may take you a while. If after a year you have had no success, go to the doctor and see what he suggests. Just relax and try not to worry about it. I know thats easier said than done but try.

10 months is enough time to become pregnant. Having said that if your not what I would do is have both of you, hubby and you, go to the doctor for fertility testing.
