Most of you here are wrong. I dont even know all the details since I am only 18 and not yet married. When a girl becomes engaged she goes to special classes that teach her the laws. There are some things I do know, for example:
When the wife has her period her husband may not have sex with her or even touch her. Then there is a whole process after the period - make sure it is over and then she has to go to the mikva (dip herself into ritual bath?).
Of course, before someone gets married, they are never allowed to touch someone of the opposite gender (of course not sex).
I also know that there are rules what you may wear and do though I wont know the details till I'm married!

Im jewish so let me answer this. In Judaism there is an idea that guys are not supposed to touch girls. Not until married anyways and even then not that much. Kosher sex is when the couple has sex and does not waste any sperm because that is a sin. Some even do not touch each other during it.
