my uncle did ... ovens cooler , dough machine , that was the big part -- every thing else was fresh ingredients... It was a take out and delivery place. -- I think he got a lot of stuff through sysco foods. like canned goods .... That was well over 20 yrs ago - he had it for a long time until he sold it .
