My name is Russell I was deserted by my parents at the age of 9. I became a street kid, juvenile delinquent and later an ex-offender, compliments of the California Youth Authority, California Adult Authority and the Federal Bureau of Prisons.

Upon my release from prison on May 8, 2003, within a year I had two small strokes and a larger one. And developed diabetes.

I can now get around fairly well.

Now I am the Founder of Russell Online at:

http://www.orgsites.com/ca/russellonline

But I do want to make some form of contibution to society.

you wont do anything until the pain of being where you are overcomes the fear of trying something new. take a good close look at yourself and ask the question "where's a good place to start?" best way to get out of yourself is to help others, that way they help you, also. i cook for the needy at the holiday seasons.

What exactly are your goals? What do you want to accomplish this year, next year and for the future? These are the things to think about, so you know what to take action on. If you could provide more details here, you may get more specific answers.

If you can work why don't you get off disability. Connect with a church and do some volunteer work for fulfillment. That may lead to a paying job!
