In good Haitian creole it means How are you? Do you have any other picture that you can show me? I want to see your face because I love Haitians( by that I assume he meant haitian girls, but yeah that's the translation, and yes I'm Haitian.)
The only little thing Fabee got wrong is that "gen" is an abbreviation of "genyen" which means to have. Young is actually "jèn"

I'm a French West Indian (from Guadeloupe) here's the ranslation I can provide you with:

(ki jan ou ye?) How are you? (eske ou gen lot photo ou ka montre mooin) Are you young on the other picture you're showing? (mwen vle we figi ou paske mwen remen hatian) I want to see your face because I love Hatian!

That's what I could translate! It seems to make sense.
Our creole is a little bit different but this is understandable to me.
