That would be false :-D
Why? I guess stands for some check on a condition
Why not? Stands for a negative check on the same condition
Since one of them will fail, anding of the 2 results will be false

This obviously assumes that we are dealing with binary/boolean systems. Things get more complicated otherwise ;-)
