The 800gto is your best choice.
It has the fastest core, operates on a 256 bitrate, double the 6600 and 4 times the 6200. It has 12 pixel pipelines, 4 more then the 6600 and 8 more then the 6200. It has by far the fastest memory clock at over a gig. While it says only 490 mhz, it has GDDR3, meaning 3 490s while the others only have DDR 1.
Also the GTO has 32 GB/s of memory processing power while both the 6600 and 6200 only have 8 GB/s of memory processing power.
The one thing you do have to worry about is power as the GTO will require significently more then both of the Nvidia cards.
You might need to upgrade your power supply if you go with the GTO if you have multiple harddrives and disc drives. That's the one major caveat. The minor is if you're changing brands of cards, make sure you remove all of the previous drivers or you will have massive problems.
I currently have a 1600x pro, dual drives, a dvd-burner and run fine on a 250 watt shuttle power supply. So you might not need to upgrade your power if you have a quality PSU.

If you can afford the ATI X800 GTO get that one. One, it is a 256 bit video card while the geforce 6600 is a 128 bit and the 6200 is a 64 bit. Next the ATI has 12 pixel pipes. The less pixel pipes the more information gets bottle necked, which is not good if you are running intense games. The geforce 6600 is 8 pixel pipes, while the 6200 is only 4. A 1.5 volt (you did your home work on this part) AGP 3.0 motherboard should run these video cards with no problems. It is the older 2X and 4X AGP motherboards that could have problems with 8X AGP video cards as not all their AGP voltages is 1.5 and could cause major crashing. One more thing, get a new power supply of at least 400 watts. No new modern day video card likes 300 watt power supplies. Sorry but that is a must.
Last, I have read nothing but great reviews on this ATI X800 GTO video card. I am a big fan of Geforce cards but in this case the ATI looks better. Good luck.

it particularly is amazingly solid for an AGP. If I have been you, and in case you had the money, i might swap to a PCI show motherboard and videocard. you will desire to in all hazard save all different factors then sell your previous ones on eBay. PCI has the coolest thing approximately getting each thing which comprise Radeon enjoying cards.

The answer is prety simple... how much money do u have?
More the RAM and processing power, better is the card. Also check for features like "Texture and Lightening". Better the card, costlier it is.
