Is there a free "tell-a-friend" script out there that works strictly w/ html?

Question

I see a million free tell a friend scripts but all require knowledge beyond me (java, php etc.) if someone can get me to a free html only script you'll be "The coolest"!

You can use a Mailto link, which opens a new message in your default email program. You can also specify Subject and Message, but they can be changed like any other email.
Heres the correct syntax:

Send mail!

Edit as needed. Make sure you keep the %20s in there. each one is a space. They are needed, otherwise the browser might interprit it all at the email address.
