Probably, unless he did something really terrible. In that case you might want to rethink what a friend is. Good friends bring you up. Is your friend "Budd" a troublemaker? This will bring you down.

my school is a charter school, so if you are expelled you have to apply and get back into the lottery and then have another interview- a tiring process. I don't really know what the policy of public schools are, but I heard once that if you are expelled from a public school you have to go to a different one or your parents have to find your schooling. But then again, its the city's responsibility to provide education.

If he had been suspended for the rest of the year, I would say he could go back. Expelled means kicked out though, so if he wants to go back he would probably need to go talk to the principal.

Most people who get expelled dont come back. But it that depends on the principal, and what he wants to do with it. Some people can come back, but most likely no.

It depends on the rules of your school district. In my area, if you're expelled, you have to go to the "special" school...you know, the one that juvie students go to.

It depends on your school's policy. You should ask an authority figure- they are sure to know.
