Are women really more compassionate than men?

They make better doctors/teachers/lawyers, but not employers? How does that work? Is that a fair judgement?

Its not like that at all. Historically women have been assigned a predetermind role in a male dominated society and most women choose these career options so that they have good opportunities for growth. Women have all that one needs to become a pilot, politician, construction engineer or a fire fighter etc etc. But since they are all men dominated they have to struggle too much to succeed as men constantly feel threatened by their presence.

Not many women are employers because of the simple fact that men with thier super sized egos find it extremely difficult to work for a woman

I run several stores and found that I am just as compassionate in my line of work as a doctor/teacher/lawyers would be. Women are nuturing creatures that is why they make better doctors,teachers, and lawyers. As for me, I can say that I can draw the line between professionalism and people in general. I can be somewhat of a you know what but on the other hand I can be extremely understanding. Men can do the same as women too. They just have to work the system.

There is a universal rule of equality that says for all things that happen there is a cause. There is light and dark, good and bad, and in your case compassionate and insensitive. It is not a man/woman thing, although I personally agree with you that I have seen more compassionate women. The real answer is that people always come in different types. The most differentiating factor that says a lot about a person and is a touchstone for many other characteristics is giver or taker. Neither is better or worse. People are just different. To have one you need the other. We can't all be givers or compassionate. There needs to be someone to accept and show appreciation for the compassion.

The average male college grad will make over a $100,000 more than the average female college grad over a lifetime- and an average doctor almost a MILLION DOLLARS more! So your werid. Most college professors at top schools are male.

Women aren't more compassionate and a woman boss is no worse than a male boss. Sometimes I hear women say that they don't like working for a woman, but that's all.

Most women have more compassion then men. Its their nature. Women are natural born mothers and have a human nature to care for others. I believe that they don't make as good employers as doctors etc because they can't show their compassionate nature. I'm not saying this for all women, but most.

~I have yet to see a competent female attorney, I wouldn't trust my health to some bimbo and there ain't no way I'd work for one. They don't make better teachers. There's just more women teachers because once upon a time, in the good old days, teaching was one of the few jobs they could get. As to their compassion, they're still so ticked off about the foregoing, they got none left except for themselves.

women are the one who bear a child for 9 mths and gave birth. Her patience, caring and loving nature, moulds her to a compassionate person. Every woman is compassionate in their own way. Children are mostly attractive to mothers than fathers. Guys dont get offended. There are compassionate fathers also.

I think men and woman can be equally compassionate, I'm not gonna go all religious on you but if we have God in our hearts, man or woman we can be very compassionate, in my opinion woman seem more compassionate but that's really not a fair thing of me to say because theres never been any proof or fact that it's true, anyway, God bless

In many ways we can prove this thing.Sentimentaly they are more fit for the life.
a man can't able to spend his life without the help of a women.
women plays a vital role in the life of every person.
There some roles which a man cannot able to play,for e.g mother wife etc.
