The best exercise to trim your waist is: Put your hands behind your head, elbow extending outward. Twist your waist and raise your left leg so your right elbow will touch your left knee. Then make the left elbow touch your right knee. Do this 100 times everyday. You will definitely see a smaller waist.

Walk...if you don't like walking outside, buy some walking tapes, walking shapes and tones your whole body, I started a few months ago on the walk at home tapes and I tell ya it makes your whole body curvy and beautiful...God bless
