Why would tell your wife that shes fat, not all that, and why would you just leave the house and not care about the way she feels when you do leave, and not care when she cries, and always hang up on her on the phone, and then sometimes tell her that you love her? So do you still love her? Do you think my husband even loves me? He knows i love him alot, because i do everything he ask me to, i'm practically his slave, and i feel like he's just using me for everything especially sex.

The other thing is, if i don't do anything for him, he'll get mad and quit his job, and we'll be poor, and no money for my kids. Plus, i do yell at him alot too. but he is a good husband most of the time.

Well Girl you answer your on Question. If your husband does all this the "NO" he doesn't love you cause if he did he would hurt you the way he is. And yea he knows what he doing, he know how far to go with you, and when he feels like you fed up he comes back and say all the right things to make you stay, and why wouldn't he want you to stay, you said it your self you his slave. Why not have a slave at home as my wife, to stay there i can rum all over, cook, clean, stay out all night , leave and come as i go and to be there for me when i get home and need sex. Girl think about it. move on, Don;t allow your self to stay there and take this abuse, cause that what it is Verbal and emotional abuse. Don't have Low self esteem for this man. How long have y'all been together?

Why would anyone want to be in such a destructive relationship? Why would you allow anyone to treat you in this manner?
First and foremost, get some counseling to improve your self esteem, then STOP being his slave. It sounds like he is a spoiled child, do you want that? If not, change it!!
Men like challenges, not "yes" people. Whatever is going on with him is NOT YOUR PROBLEM. Love is not mean, cruel, or hateful. It does not use, abuse, or disrespect one to another. What you have is a disaster, not a marriage.
Marriage and love is based on caring, consideration, respect, trust, integrity, compassion.
Stand up for yourself and tell him, in no uncertain terms that you will NOT STAND FOR THIS ANY LONGER, AND IF HE DOESN'T STOP, THROW HIS BUTT OUT THE DOOR. If that is not possible, you walk out, and do not look back.
You deserve better, don't settle for anything less. A real man will never treat his wife like a "2nd fiddle". That's reserved for the orchestra.
You can do this. If you think you are not able think for a minute:
You are strong enough to put up with the emotional abuse by staying, don't you think you have the stamina to put up with something better?

Good luck

I'd say since he's so mean to you he may not love you any more. Was he that way before? People do change. Right now he's being verbally abusive. The additional comment you made about yelling at him "a lot" shows there may be two sides to this story. My suggestion? Counseling or a Marriage Encounter. I don't believe your situation will improve over time without some intervention on both your parts. You seem to want to salvage your relationship, do what you can to work on that.

if my wife is being especially (verbally cruel ) as many wives can then men naturally respond in kind. women are much better at verbal sparing with their hubbies and they have a knack for hitting really sensitive issues. when you do we get defensive just like any creature and fight back.
It's probably not the right answer but it was a vague question

God Bless

Loving your husband means doing what's in his best interest. If he's treating you like a slave rather than a queen, then that's not in his best interest. Encouraging that type of treatment toward his wife is encouraging him to do what's wrong, and that's not in his best interest.

For the sake of your own sanity and peace of mind, you need to take care of yourself and put your own feelings first. By the sound of it he isn't "all that" and you need to evaluate what you want out of life. If the current situation is fine then by all means stick with it, but if you want more out of life, more out of your partner, then you need to take stock, prepare yourself emotionally, then as they say in the classics "Get the hell out of Dodge". You must do what is right for you, you are more important than him, there is only one you!
