When I download the songs and try to get to it I have trouble. The Windows Media Player says it cannot read the file. It's frustrating, someone please HELP ME!!!! Please give me the easiest possible way to download and retrieve the song to play them

you can do a seacrh in window media player for all the music files on your computer, and if not try and convery the file to a wma file, by clicking on properties.

is it with every song? try only downloading mp3 files. mp4 and alot of wma are license protected. also, if your paying for the download, you might be downloading files that will only play on the player supplied from the site you got it on.

Please check whether the downloaded file is an MP3 format file. If it isn't then download switch from download.com and convert the file into wav or mp3 or any desired format and try playing it. Or u can download the latest media player from microsoft.com
