No, this is not the future...
When you read this, it will be the present....
I wrote it in the past.

I recall as a child wondering what age I would be when the new millennium came, 2000 years...I remember being in awe and being so pleased that I would be alive [ever the optimist] and wondering what life would be like in 2000. Now it's half way through 2006 and time has flown by. I think because I was thinking ahead - to the future even as a child - I get to claim this as the future. Thank you.

Tomorrow will be a bit of the future. With all the "updates" that are happening with technology, lots of different things could be happening in the future. Ohh the possiblities!!

"You never know that tomorrow is here, until yesterday is gone." I've heard that somewhere before, a song I think.
It is technically impossible for anyone to live in the future. Even if they were to travel to the future, it would be their present functioning time. Strange, huh? This is now, that was then, and tomorrow will be (I hope.)
Putting insight into action, see below:

"Future" is an unobtainable, impossible, and physically illegal thing to ever be a part of. You will never live in the future, you will never live in the past. Time isn't black and white.
