how do i clean a cd that is messed up?

they sell cd cleaners that replaces the layer of poly-whatever-it-is but some vide game stores and rental stores will do it for like 3-5 bucks

Wash the back of it with toothpaste (the pasty kind not the gel kind). Rub it in well then rinse it off with water. Then just dry it off, and it should be cleaned.

get a cd cleaner a good one not a cheep one.
