i have a good/close guy friend, and we've been friends for as long as i can remember. but lately, i've been having feelings for him, and i heard he does too. we've just gotten so close, and i don't know if i should step forward or not.

If both of you have feelings I guess you could try it out - but if it goes wrong you could lose both a lover and a friend.

What do you mean by 'step forward'? Is it a big step or a little one??? You should wait for a while if you want to do the big step.
