your question does not make sense. I think you have a program running, or your CPU is getting hot. If it's too hot, that's why the fans are running, and you may have a lot of applications running, or you may have dust. DO NOT USE A LEAFBLOWER!!!

It can bend all the transistors and electronic to bend. Use a C02 can that compresses the air, it's much more gentler.

I had this problem this morning. I just usally keep it running all the time. But I'm finding out, that now and then I need to shut it down and restart.
I did that this morning, and the fan stopped and the computer is running at his normal way now.

It means everything is fine and dandy with your computer. But maybe you should install a fan in your tower!

you should be worried only when the fans in your pc stop...like the others have said tho it could be that your heatsink and fan on the cpu are clogged with dust..we use a long haired soft paintbrush to dust inside the pc and unclog fans etc..if the fans have stopped working then they need to be replaced immediately..dont use your pc again until you can get them replaced or you will cook your cpu

time to open it up and dust it down, it means that the fan cant get the hot air out because of the dust in the computer/laptop. i had the same problem

Check to make sure dust isn't clogged in some fan parts mine has gotten clogged before and that happened..

if the fan is not going your computer would fry, the parts inside are hot, some peoplw have an extra fan .

fans are always going in them if the cpu hasn't got fan for 10 seconds it dies

yes try getting a compresses air tank or something that can shoot out compressed air to blow out the dust.you dont need an air compresser but it gets the dust out better but if your low on money just blow the dust out.
