You are probably worried about radiation or microwaves coming from the cellphone and giving you cancer.

It's a myth. There is no evidence for it. In fact, current scientific theories state that it couldn't happen. There's not enough energy in the wavelengths, they couldn't damage cellular DNA.

The myth probably stems from some pseudoscientific claims that powerlines and electricity causes cancer. There have been several books and a couple studies that claimed this. When they was examined, it was found that the studies were hopelessly biased and the claims flawed.

So in answer to your question, talking on a charging cellphone should not cause you any harm... providing you are not talking while bathing/showering (which would electrocute you).

Never has bothered me, and I've done it under variety of phone brands and cell phone companies and plans. Of course, I never sat in a bathtub doing that, and I couldn't recommend it to you either, but, that being said, I'd say there's no problem.

I don't think so, but if you are charging your phone, I'm gonna guess you are at home, so just use ur house phone instead. I think i have grown to attached to my cellphone. I have caught my self using it when i'm sitting right next to my house phone, its a little weird, but unacceptable.

Good Luck!!

No. Your phone probably won't charge but it won't go dead either. You'll be fine. I do it all the time.
