Sorry, but you do not own the street. You have no legal right to tell them not to park there. I would ask them nicely, but they have every right to park as close to their home as they can.
The only suggestion I have for you is to check if they are violating any zoning laws by renting to too many adults. If the guys are unrelated, you have an argument there are five families living next door! I live in a college town and that is not permitted here.

Park you car there so they can't. Maybe they will get the hint. Or you could be nice and just ask them not to park there. If they are blocking your mailbox you postal worker doesn't have to deliver your mail so you could blame it on the post man. If you have kids you could suggest it's not safe one of you kids might run out into the street and their car could block motorist driving down your street view cause them to hit your child.
but anyways I think the street is community property and unless there are no parking signs then you may be out of luck unless you contact city hall and ask them to post no parking signs.

YES you do. ... turn on the sprinkler so it will get them wet when they get in the car after a week or two they will move. and you will have a green yard.
