I would like to build a water reservoir under my house with fresh water intering avery day as the water is being used on a dayly bases will it have to be lined with something to keep the taste of concrete or any other undesirable things i would not want do drank

You might already have it its called the city water line.
you want your house built on mold??????

Typically tanks are made from plastics such as high–density polyethylene or glass reinforced plastics to or concrete (precast or in situ) and may be located below ground or above. Galvanised steel tanks lined with butyl rubber are used above ground in industrial or agricultural applications. Lining can be done by Non-woven Geotextile and Vinyl liners.
