He created the lend-lease program, which allowed the allies to borrow needed weaponry in return for a payment (I think this is right).

Nothing. Actually, his advisers were hading what was happening in the concentration camps so that Jews could be wiped out. Many cabinet members were adamantly anti-Semitic under FDR. He did know however that even though he ran an anti war campaign to get reelected, he would, IN fact, enter the war. There was a tremendous amount of war profiteering going on, ESPECIALLY by Prescott Bush, GW Bush's grandpa., who hated Jews to the Nth degree.
