Being that your question is in the baseball category, PNC Park in Pittsburgh, Pa. (where the Pirates play) is located where the Monongahela River and the Allegheny River meet to form the Ohio River.

In Baseball? There was Mickey Rivers, one of the greatest outfielders. There is also Three Rivers Stadium, home of the Pittsburgh Pirates (and Steelers, but they're football).
Those are the only baseball rivers I can think of.
