Use the whole day to celebrate if you can- If hes the kind of guy thats up for it- Have a nice dinner or maybe a late picnic under the stars. If thats not your style you could-go to an amusement park, go to the lake or ocean or some kind of water, or surprise him and do something hed enjoy like a go to a game if you can find cheap tickets. Good luck. Have fun!

If youve never been on a cruise try it. It is very romantic for couples and has beautiful surroundings to enjoy. Cruises arent always expensive but it depends on where you want to go.

i had the same problem w/ my 6 month anniversery, i didnt want to get my girlfriend just some thing, i wanted to get her something special. one day i went to the mall and i had a great idea, i got her a silver ring(which only cost like $20) and i had it engraved to say R+A forever(our initials). i got her that so everytime she thinks of me she can look at her ring and it was like she had a part of me on her finger. when i gave it to her she cried and she loved it so much. idk if itll work for guys but thats my 6 month anniversiry gift idea.
