Is there a 'hero' in Revenge of the Sith? I hadn't thought so. Anakin was perhaps the main character, but he finished becoming the second greatest villian, so I don't think he counts.
There's also Obi-Wan Kenboi, who is perhaps closest to being 'hero'. He was played by Ewan McGregor.

Which Star Wars 3? The first 3, or the new 3? Ewan McGregor is the new Obi Won Kenobi who you might say is the hero of the third Star Wars, but Mark Hamill plays luke skywalker who is the hero in the first/old/original/Return of the Jedi Star Wars. Does that make sense?
