Probably at the least two years and thats with a private attorney but more than likely 7 or so years in Florida its a minimum of 10 years 1st charge or not.

You will serve your underlying sentence you're on paper for now plus a likely 5 year federal stint for the gun.

face up to what you've done and make a determination that you are going to better yourself and when you get out ..DO NOT associate with the old crowd..wether you have to move or be an outcast, you just cant afford to fall back into the same routine that got you in trouble...

You actually get more time for possesion of a gun than you would get with actually killing someone. So probably not long if you killed someone.
