The master cleanse lemondade diet. It is the safest, healthiest way to not only lose weight fast but to jump start your metabolism. It's primary goal is to cleanse your system but you also lose weight without losing energy. Combine this with some yoga and some cardio and you will be slim in no time. I would totally do this if I had the self control to do it, I have in the past with great success but right now food calls to me. Good luck.

To lose weight in less than two weeks means to do it in a healthy way, you would lose about 2 lbs., by eating right and exercising.
Otherwise, you just lose water and it comes right back on if you do some sort of crash type of diet. Not worth it.

most important in any diet is 2 not starve urself.
another very imp. factor is 2 make sure u drink @ least 6-8 glasses H2O.
a great, quik diet i use is slimfast.
2 really thick milkshakes, that sub. 4 brkfst. and llunch. it comes in many flavors,they also have a citrus type powder that u mix juices into.
then u have a sensible dinner. worx great. shakes r filling and have lotz of protein and vitamins. gl

few years back I did my own which is fruits all day eat as much as you want and cereal dinner (no late than 7:00pm) for 4 weeks running 4 times a week and total gym machine 3 times a week 25 min.
-18 pounds on day 30
you can have dark chocolate once a day

Try going through a detox and eliminating your body of all the toxins you take in.
Colonics is a great way to help jump start this and people typically notice immediate weight loss after the cleaning.

No red meat, only lean cuts of white meat, no fried food. When sitting down for a meal, eat your greens before anything else. Cut down on bread and pasta. Snacky, eat fruit. Generally eat smaller portions. Work out everyday.
Just don't go too extreme. Eat, but make smart (and small) choices.

all liquid diet. and to get a kick-start to it, go to a health foods store and buy papaya pills, and garlic pills, take 2 of each, and stay close to a bathroom. This won't be pretty, and It's not a good idea to do this all of the time, but once won't kill you.
