i saw it on broadway last year and it was amazing! my favorite songs are "when you got it, flaunt it" and of course, "springtime for hitler"

Yes., but I didn't like the movie that much...the jokes were flat and the movie dragged on and on...

i understand that the remake was adapted for the stage before it was filmed, however i like the original much better...
except for the scene in "little old ladyland"... that was the highlight of the remake for me.
