My friends got here in 1960 from Holland. They would sell one block of houses in the morning in Mississaugua and after lunch would cross the street and sell the other block. You don't need capital. You need to get in with a real estate broker and get your commishion. That's exactly how my friends became millionaiers over night. Then they put their money together, put up condos and sold them all in the late 70's. It only takes 10 years of smart thinking and dilligant work to become filthy rich in Canada. Edmonton and Calgary are in need of people with your skills. Tlak to a company selling homes there and get a commision job. Most every one wants to do this but few ever do. It's a lot of work and only immigrants are willing to do it. That's why they are all millionaires and putting up their own sub burbs now. have a lok at the posters and faces of who ios selling real estate and you will see the faces of "people of color."
