Well as my mamma used to say, life is like a box of chocolates
dont eat the whole freaking box in one sitting though!
eat three regular portioned meals a day and exercise at least three times a week for at least 20 minutes
preferrably cardiovascular

IF that dont work, try LIPOSUCTION....miss piggy..I mean fluffy

I think no one likes to admit to their friends that yes...you are fat..so they use a word like "fluffy" in order not to hurt your feelings....my Mom always made me feel better when I would say ..".Mom....I have put on so much weight....."....she came back with this " when I was your age I put on weight too"..instead of making me feel worse..with....YES...YOU ARE FAT....it's all in the way people handle a certain situation....softly or in a don't care attitude.....Take care .....and enjoy the moment....

Fluffy? Never heard that been said before. But yes, it's just a nicer term for fat. But I mean you could just be chubby and that's what they mean.

Because saying "I'm Fluffy" sounds better than saying "I'm Fat." That's the same reason why people say "So-and-so was heavy set..." instead of "so-and-so was HUGE!" It just sounds better.

someone is trying to be nice instead of hurting your feelings. See the post below yours where the husband wants to know how to make it up to his wife for calling her fat!
