If you think you have food poisoning quickly before you start vomiting go get GOOD Russian Vodka (read the label, some "Russian looking vodkas" are bottled in the USA) Stoli (even the flavored ones work) in the small "shot size" drink it straight down. ONLY ONE IS NEEDED. Lay down and it will kill the bacteria before you get much sicker! It sounds strange but it works

Not me but my hubby got sick from eating Bryers Fried Ice Cream the other day.

If you do have food poisoning, avoid any solid food for awhile, but drink as much clear fluid as you can, preferably water or diluted Gatorade or children's Pedialite. Should only last 24 hours or less.

right now i am going to texas barfing out the window. i think i ate wendys chilli i might have had a finger in it. awww much better. oh great we just ran over a cat ok bye i am going to finish the rest of my 4 hours barfing out my window. at least i am not driving. awww just barfed again oh great i just saw a bloody dead deer. ok bye

i've just been allowed to enter the "real world" again after two weeks of bronchial pnuemonia. but, given the choice between that and pukey sickness i would take another two weeks of the bron/pneu. you poor thing!

I've got a sinus infection. I don't feel great. But it's not as bad as pukey sick. My condolences.

Have a puke bucket on hand because food poisoning causes projectile vomiting with little advance warning.
