Pearls are so 19th Century. Have you ever seen those necklaces that are a silver chain, but the chain is barely visible? Well the pendant is usually a soft pearl, or some other pretty stone with matching tiny dangling earrings. I think that would be better. Very simple, understated, yet elegant. Leave the loud chains, hoochie mama earrings that look like chandeliers, and bangle "woman of the night" bracelets at home.
