Definately brutal. First the abuse scandal in the prisons and now a massacre. I can't believe Rumsfield isn't on trial for these crimes against humanity.

If you are talking about Haditha it is under investigation. If the Marines actually perpetrated the crime they will be convicted. Since Americans have the constitutional protection of the presumption of innocence, something I would be willing to wager if you were ever accused of a crime you would want the same constitutional protection allotted to you.

I think i know what massacre you are talking about....I know the American soldiers were exonerated in other words free of all charges....We do not know what they had gone through and never would have wanted to be in their horrifying shoes. But all is fair in war as evil as it is..
