Nothing; don't buy anything or try any weird things rumored to help; your breasts are going to grow at a genetically predetermined rate and to a genetically predetermined size. Putting on a little weight ALWAYS helps because breasts are mostly fat, anyway.

Nothing in the form of pills usually works. Those companies promise a lot but nothing happens. The best way is to have the right diet and take some herbal supplements. Not exactly sure which ones and for that you would have to contact a doctor that specializes in dieting and natural remedies.

If you are seriously desparate, why not just get on birth control? It'll help your boobs grow (without the rumored weight gain everywhere) and make your period really light and predictable

They will honestly grow if you eat more food (but the down-side is the rest of your body will grow with your boobs). So, I think that you are stuck with waiting on nature (or plastic surgery).

of coarse the mans answer is they need to be "hand raised" - lol but really I don't think there is a "for sure" way to make them grow - other than time itself
