With my two boys, their bottom four teeth came in practically over night...one day I felt them, then the next day I saw the little white lines, then the next day, they were through the skin! As far as how long to come until they're finally completely in...a few weeks. Once the teeth break through the skin though (even if they're not all the way in) it's a piece of cake. The hard part is getting through the skin (Painful, fussy baby, chewing on anything in sight, diarrhea, etc.) The top two front teeth were hellish...their gums were SO swollen for what seemed like ages. It looked liek the teeth were almost in, then the next morning the gums would be swollen over them again. This went on for a month. It was hard. I didn't think those d@mn teeth would EVER come in. The boys were much crankier with those teeth, too. Those and the canines.

I would say about one to two weeks. then the next tooth should start to show up not long after that. But it could be a long time until the next ones. So get ready its going to be a fun ride. HINT: Keep the baby oral jel ready!!!

Once it has broken through the gums, they rapidly move into place. I would say within 7-10 days she should be a lot more comfortable.
