I live close to bars and every night the drunk college kids stumble to their cars, but stop to pee on the sidewalk or on a tree first. I feel like video taping it and sending it to the news, to embarass them. Is that wrong?!

I record everything, bad drivers, people peeing or barfing in public, etc, and post it on the internet.
People will try to say you are invading their privacy, but if they are in a public place... it is legal for you to record whatever. If they find out, they will try to take you to court, but the two cases I have been in, the judges said that as long as I am not filming or taking pictures of them them on private property (residential or business), I can film what I want and post it where ever as long as I do not put them at risk of harm or slander them.

You might also send it to the police and some department concerened with sanatation. How about the club owners? Does the college have any sort of dicaplin office?

Go ahead and record them someone needs to teach these college kids some manners. If a cop caught them they would be arrested for indecent exposure!

Hey, it is cool. That would bother me too.
Maybe call the police and tell me to come hang out with you when it is closing time at the bar. That way he can catch them as they are coming out.

its not wrong, its pretty funny hey they put them selfs in a position to be seen, so if they were to see it some where and were not to happy about it mabye they would think twice if you set it up ur only askin in for it
