I need practical ideas, I cannot approach the monster as most jobs have meetings and team work.

Maybe a job in an electronics or computer repairs would be good for your skills. Just an idea.

work for a school or school district. be their it or sw person.
even a university or jr college. Start your own computer business and just work on clients machines - like fix them. That way you dont have to have meetings or teamwork. Freelance.
