Cyclops by far. Iceman is very underrated, but Cyclops is moer so. The sheer amount of energy that cyclops could throw out would destroy Iceman. Bobby is very powerful and far more manueverable, but Scott is alot like Cap America when it coems to battle. He may not be the strongest or most powerful, but he'll always find a way. Scott wasnt the leader of the X-Men cause he coudl shoot lasers out of his eyes, he was the leader cause more then anyone else, he wouldget the job done.
Think of it this way. Wolverine is headed for the Savage Land and needs backup. Who does he call? I'll give ya a hint, its not Iceman.

Pretty even match here. Iceman could create walls & shields of ice which could theoretically deflect Cyclops' eye beams. However, Cyclops could generate enough heat with his vision to put the hurt on Cyclops. This one could easily go either way, & would most likely be determined by a fluke. I'm going to call this one most likely a draw, with a possible slight advantage to Cyclops based on his battle experience, as Iceman has taken an extended leave of absence in the past to work as an accountant. Now, if the point of the battle was to get the largest tax refund possible, Iceman all the way!

It depends on reflexes. If iceman can freeze cyclops' eyeballs fast enough, they will swell and burst-- no more optic beams! If cyclops get the drop on iceman, iceman better be able to put up an ice shield thick enough to stop the optic beams at least temporarily or no more iceman. I wonder if iceman could make an ice surface smoothe enough to REFLECT the beams...? Hmmm!

I've going to question your research JLF7..etc.
Cyclops cannot generate heat with his optic blast. It's purely force. Please check your source again.
Iceman once briefly defeated Xavier's omnipotent son Legion by instantly freezing every cell in his body. For Legion, it was only a temporary effect. If Bobby ever allowed himself to do that again, very few people would be able to counteract it --- Least of all old Slim Summers.
don't get me wrong, Cyclops is much more powerful than he is ever allowed to be on page, but, the only reason he would win is if Iceman allows him due to their history and friendship.

iceman cyclops can just shoot beems from his eyes and ice man can do a number of things with his powers

Its Doom guy. His wisdom and knowhow could be triumphant against almost each and all of us. Iceman is cool and all, (get it) yet Doom could be like 1960's Batman adn pull out from decrease than his cape no longer a hearth extinguisher, yet an ice extinguisher. Drops Bob in his tracks. That or hed basically banish him to hell. the two way.
