it keeps coming back even after i delete it and delete it from the registry

it is a free download that removes many viruses and trojans including the one you have
also, i recommend you backing up your pc and download avg anti-virus free or buy version

You might have a pre-fetch file for it...look for your prefetch folder and look for it and i you find it delete it and see if that doesnt help. Also I recommend a firewall this time.
