no religion would be a great start.

All government operations would be financed through sales taxes so that people would know how much it costs to support their spending addictions.
Leaders would be chosen at random, no elections.
Teachers would be restricted to high school and college. All elementary schools would be operated and staffed by parents of the children who go there, or homeschooling would be allowed.
No government documents would be allowed to stay classified beyond 3 years.
Everyone would be required (conscripted) to farm labor for a minimum of 4 years, then in the military for 2 years.
Everyone would be issued a weapon of their choice. People would either be better neighbors or better shots.
No advertising for products outside of 200 miles from where the product is produced. If anyone really needs something, they can search for it on the internet.

world peace, re-plant the rain forest, and raise minimum wage. Also, cut down gas prices, make mythical creatures exist, and start an in-expensive, good quality store for junior-sized people to shop. I'm probably skipping over other things, but i'd also like a million dollars.

the world is Gaia ,no one makes her ,she is the Mother of all that lives upon it and it comes ready made ,we can only use what there is to offer in ,non destructive way
now if you had said how would i like ,that the planet was treated or used,i will have to say that all civilizations should be Garden cultures ,following the laws of Nature ,which means , the principles of sustainability ,and survival
each town under tribal law ,with free trade .
and computer technology to ensure comunication towards globaLconsciousness , to promote knowledge and trade as well as the arts.
and following the concept of permaculture to live in Harmoney with Nature as an equal partner ,
instead of a slave to be consumed by the demands of her master

that steer the people towards auto sufficiency
many concepts and goods functioning in the place of money.
population control,
and educational programs on family planning
the protection of forrests.
stop building highways,
urban planning to include vegetation
stop building cities
encourage people to return to the land to conduct their business from there which now has become possible thanks to the internet.
education to motivate people to auto sufficiency by building more home food gardens.
education on environmental awareness
practising ,organic farming ,bio diversity,
Agricultural education and improvements to follow the principals of sustainability and soil management.
more environmental or land ,design to prevent bush fires,such as--fire breaks ,
waterharvesting+ infinate number of dams
using alternative means for energy ,such as ,wind ,sun.and water power.biogass,
alternative effeciant public transport to discourage the use of the internal conbustion engine
recicling wastes,limit water use

when that is all working

No Boundaries/No racial discrimination, One world....
No Money, everything shared by all.(Money is the root of all evil)
No Industries/Automobiles etc (So that there is no pollution)
So, you can imagine , if there is no , money, no borders, there would be no terrorists, no disputes, no hatred. It will be a Hapy World!!

There would be no more prejudice, racism, hate, bigotry, judgmental-ism, lying, backstabbing, and no more hypocrisy. And no more of this "My religion is better than yours" crap. Everyone would be free to have their own beliefs and live their own lives without being judged by someone else.
