I think everyone is being a bit harsh. Maybe if you had a go at the answer and then asked people what they thought of that you would get a more positive and informative response.

But people could be a bit nicer!

How are you going to learn anything if you don't do your own homework? The point of Y/A isn't to find people to do your homework for you.

I have found meditation to work well for people who are trying to answer this question you have posed....Each sense works differently for each individual...very deep.,,,,,get some sleep and wing it......
