This guy i know says he is Hungarian, and that means hes part mongolian. I dont think this is true, first of all he looks nothing like it and second, i think hungarians are closer to russian ethnic groups, and are caucasian. Im confused?? Are Hungarians part Mongolian?

Those Hungarians who invaded the current land might have been looking like Mongolians, because they wandered from the area around Ural mountains. But as far as I know there is now relationship with the Mongolians.

Hungary was named for the Huns and invaded by the Huns, who were from Asia and quite possibly were Mongolian. However, the Huns would have mixed with the pre-existing population.

Hungarians are ethnically and linguistically related to the Finns, who also do not look Mongolian. Probably both groups, as well as many others, are part Mongolian. The notion that "pure" races exist is a myth.

sort off...i would say partly Oeral-Turkish. The Magyaren invaded Europe at the end of the 9th century and settled down.
