Batman, definitely. He's infinitely cooler. Superman is kinda boring. Batman is just plain cool. Batman is also a more interesting character; his "motivations", his true motivations, just the psychological aspect of the character in general is more interesting. The realization that while Superman is an identity that Clark Kent assumes, Bruce Wayne is an identity that Batman assumes-- Bruce Wayne is the mask that Batman puts on, has always appealed to me. The fact that rather than being born with super powers he has honed his mind and body to their peak and he stands shoulder to shoulder with Wonder Woman and Superman as the powerhouses of DC comics makes him cooler. Plus Batman has kicked Superman's @$$ more than Superman has kicked his¹.
Plus both of them actually break the law. Vigilanteism is a crime and they are both guilty. I'm sure they've both committed breaking and entering numerous times. Batman could also be brought up on child endangerment charges. Also, Superman kills just as often as Batman would. They both would only kill as a final resort. That's why the Joker is still alive.

Superman, but I really love him in Clark Kent mode. It always drove me crazy that Lois Lane couldn't see what a hunk hid behind those glasses and cheesy newsman suits. As a child I fantasized about being saved by him and flying off into the sunset together.

I like Superman although Batman has the whole darkside vigilante thing going for him....Does it really matter they're fictional characters, But I would choose SUPERMAN!!!! THAT symbol is AWESOME!!!!

batman actually beats superman in the comics. but I like batman. superman's story is too unrealistic but if someone was pissed and crazy enough with alot of money, then batman is actually realistic.

Batman. No superpowers, just an average guy with cool gadgets. Definitely a better look, no red & blue pajamas w/ a cape. Needs to ditch Robin though

I would go for Superman because of the ride he has at movie world in Queensland Australia!! Bloody AWESOME!
