Is he in jail for life? Just wondering. Haven't heard anything about him for awhile.

I am 95% sure he passed away. Sorry that was wrong, just researched your question. Charged in March 1999 for administering lethal injection. Currently in Michigan prison serving 10-25 yrs. Denied parole in 2005. Will be eligible for parole consideration again in 2007. His lawyers told ABC News he is terminally ill with Hepatitis C and is expeted to pass away within one year. Again, sorry about my first answer.

He is still in jail. I know he is not in for life. But I'm not sure how much more time he has to serve.

I thought he was dead,my husband thinks he in jail.sorry, not much help.
