I don't know the IQ of Newton. No one does -- since he died before the IQ test was invented.

However, I know that he was smarter than I am (at least when he was young -- he suffered from Mercury Poisoning later in life). Therefore, I can put a lower bound on his IQ.

The average PhD has an IQ of 140. I suspect that his was much higher.
