he's working on a film and i haven't seen him in a week. should i drive three hours (each way) or stay home?

This is a classic problem, the solution depends on you.
As you stated you know he'll be busy working, are you the kind of woman who will drive out there knowing that and still get upset when he doesn't spend time with you, even when you "drove all that way"?
Or do you realize he's busy, and you'll appreciate the few moments he may or may not have to spend with you. If yes, I say go for it. If my girlfriend did a thing like that for me, I'd sure appreciate it.

Most definitely go see him. My girlfriend is over 1100 miles away and she will be coming out to see me this July even though I will be busy working during the week. A six hour round trip drive is nothing. I used to commute three hours round trip to work/school and back.

Spend time with your husband and let him know that you are there and that you support him I am sure he would love to see his wife even if its for a little while. It may be good on you as well, getting away from the everyday life, lol. Have fun!

If you have the freedom to just pick-up and go see him on the weekend, I say more power to you. I would. Absence may make the heart grow fonder, but I would rather spend time with the one I love.

Heck, I'd go! But then again, I love my husband. Who knows, you may have fun! You'll probably be staying in a decent hotel, get to eat out and maybe shop (!!) while he is working. Go for it! It will probably be fun :)

Well, if it were me, I would go. But, my husband and I are freakishly linked and a week without seeing one another would be just too much for either of us to deal with.

You should go and see him! You are his wife for goodness sakes. It is called love and it is your wifely duty to him to do this for him out of love and commitment for him. Why dont you get a hotel room and have alone time and fun with him? Go out to some resturants to and just have fun spending what time you can with him. LOVE is spelled TIME!

This is like a no brainer. Unless, you think he is fooling around. I would think he would be totally blown away that you did that for him; if you have a really good relationship. Do you talk to him every night? Why, or why not?

if you really miss him then drive even if you can only see him for just a couple of hours...why not...got anything else to do?
