go out of town or either online. i think going out of town is your best choice. i always find great deals when i'm out of town

Lol, when in doubt (and on a strict budget) check out payless. Sometimes you can find a little something, I don't know. As a student I don't even have money for that lately. Zappos.com sometimes has good sales too. Check them out.

Nordstroms, ( not cheep ) or go look at Zaptos online.... they have evrything and you can look by style and name.
Also have free shipping and returns.
