Is there a samsung charger for just the battery so I can use cell phone with a second battery?

You could just charge the second battery in the phone and remove it when charged.

Depends on the model of your phone. Several Samsung phones have desktop chargers available that have a second slot (twin slot, or dual slot) for the second battery. If I knew your model of phone I could point you to the right link for one, but you did not list it, so you might want to go to www.samsung.com or google for one based on your phone model. Use the words "samsung desktop charger" followed by your phone model number.
