No, there are millions of sperm to just one drop of semen. You still have a chance of becoming pregnant even if what seems like all of it leaked out.
Some women however do choose to slightly elevate their hips for 20 minutes after intercourse however, to ensure that the sperm comes in contact with the cervix. It is only necessary to do this for 20 minutes, as after that time, the remainder of the sperm is killed off because of the differing pH of the vagina. Some women do however choose to use 'instead' cups, that are more commonly used for their periods as an attempt to keep the sperm inside longer.

its recommended that you stay on your back to let them swim and have sex with a pillow under the hips to elevate the vagina and let the sperm flow to the opening of the uterus soo lay and let him bring you a cold drink and if possible do it again but you only need one to arrive inside the uterus to concieve if it can get inside the egg also an orgasm makes the uterus contract and suck the sperm up inside the opening of the uterus like a suction cup so if you have some sperm inside and then are stroked or licked and or orgasm in any way then the process gets easy for the swimming soerm salso try on the ovulation dates ask about a temp or thermometer for the purpose of knowing when the egg is about to be attached to the uterine wall and then have sex as much as possible and also see about viagra for him and plan a weekend

There is still a chance of getting pregnant. There is still a large amount of semen that reaches further up into your cervix/uterus. That amount that leaks out was only what was left in the vagina. It is not in any way a form of birth control.

Not that you WONT get pregnant become the sperms seperate from the semen and swim up right away, but if you are trying to optimize your chances, do lie down for a while with your hips elevated.

not true. if some sperm is already in your vagina, it's most likely travelling to your egg. whatever leaks out just didn't make it. a guy shoots about 2million of those things... if you don't want to get pregnant, use protection, a contraceptive or don't have sex. let us know if it's a boy or girl.
