you are better off waxing it.. leaves it smoother and the hairs don't grow back coarse.. and less itchiness..

Witch hazel.
Its cheep too but mostly it works. Also if really bad use cortisone in a cream base in pharmacy.
I would suggest not shaving it though and using like a spray hair remover instead, then apply the cortisone
P.S. not all chicks like hairless chests, unless it looks like a gorilla.I think the stuble is a turn off.

Try the hair removal lotion Nair just put it on keep it on for 19 to 15 min. then wipe it off.

don't shave your chest there is this hair remover for men . it is call veet for men it has been out for a while but it work it should be smooth after that. but for know just use baby lotion

YOu might not break out.... I dont have much hair on my chest, and when I shave what I have I dont break out.... Good luck

before you shave look into a hair removal cream such as veet, no razor burn, no cuts, and it has built in lotion
