Probably not a lot else besides elementary school teacher. However, there are employers out there who look for peole who have proven themselves simply by completing a university degree, so some large companies might have possibilities for you. There are of course the tutoring options, teaching English in Korea or China or Japan, selling educational products, teaching at private learning centers such as Sylvan, and moving into either preschool or adult education. You might be able to consider starting your own business such as a day care or a tutoring center. A web based business might be possible - selling lesson plans, that sort of thing, but I don't knowhow lucrative that would be. You might also consider some company or industry that provides services to persons with disabilities.
I hope these thoughts help.

With the degree alone, you're pretty much going to be in education. Whether that's as a teacher, counselor, administrator, publisher, editor/writer of children's books, or salesperson for educational materials is up to you.
You may also want to think about lobbying, working in administration for one of the teacher's unions or on a professional publication.
That also depends on your exterior skills. You can always go into business, especially if you graduate within the next year or so, when businesses will be hiring. I'd suggest a minor in accounting or finance for something like this, to give you a broader spectra of marketable skills.
However, consider the benefits of teaching:
1. Good God Almighty, we need teachers BADLY.
2. There's no such thing as tenure in the corporate world.
3. There's no such thing as pensions, either.
4. You can do it for the rest of your life, or retire early and do something else.
5. You'll be doing the rest of the nation a huge favor by helping to educate our kids and slow the decline into a nation of numbskills, poopieheads and idiots.
If you really want job security, do a second major in math. Your pay will be higher, your job selection will be greater (a class or two more and you'll be able to teach high school).
An advanced degree (Master's in something other than education) will also help. A J.D. can get you into child or family law, for instance.

Many jobs will be available. Make use of your college's career services office for more information. Realistically, though, people who go into elementary education are usually aiming to teach K-8. I managed to land a ninth grade English position with my El Ed degree. Good luck!

With a degree in elementary education, your career options are extremely limited. You are going to have to teach one way or another, unless you want to stay in school, and get a minor degree, in some other subject. You can probably apply, many of your credits to another major or minor, if you chose, to go that route. If you didn't plan on teaching, you probably should have gone for a degree, in another direction.

Well don't you have an actual major as well as elementary education? Like usually people major in like English or Science or something along that line when they are going into teaching. So if that is your case, then it depends what your major/speciality is.

Teaching jobs are your best bet. If you are male then there are lots of schools looking to hire male teachers. Your odds are better if you can coach.
